Delia Lachance is the Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Westwing, one of Europe’s leading design brands and platforms for curated living. Since founding the company in 2011, she has shaped Westwing into a distinctive, design-driven universe defined by curation, aesthetics and a strong editorial point of view.
In 2018, Delia led Westwing to the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, becoming one of the very few female founders in Europe to take a company public. The milestone marked a defining moment for the brand and underscored her role as a creative entrepreneur shaping modern lifestyle companies.
Delia’s background is editorial. Before founding Westwing, she worked as an editor at ELLE and ELLE Decoration, after studying fashion journalism and media communication at the AMD Academy Fashion & Design in Munich. This foundation continues to influence her visual language, instinct for storytelling and holistic approach to brand building.
For Delia, design goes far beyond home and living. Her creative vision is deeply rooted in fashion, beauty, art and visual culture — shaping a refined, contemporary aesthetic that resonates across industries. Delia’s work reflects a belief in purposeful brands, female empowerment and authenticity, balancing ambition, aesthetics and motherhood with quiet confidence.
